【摘要】 目的建立贵州道地药材黔党参中有效成分党参炔苷含量测定方法,为完善贵州道地药材黔党参的质量控制标准以及该药材的规范化种植和相关产业的可持续发展提供实验依据。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil-ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液(18:82),流速为:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为268nm;柱温为30℃。结果不同产地、不同加工方法黔党参药材中党参炔苷含量差异较大,含量测定结果在0.072%～0.75%之间,以贵阳狗场产黔党参药材中党参炔苷含量最高。结论本文所建立的黔党参药材有效成分党参炔苷含量测定方法,方法简便可行、重现性好和结果准确可靠,可作为黔党参药材的质量控制方法,为《贵州省中药材、民族药材质量标准》(2003年版)中黔党参药材质量标准的提升研究提供了实验依据,从而保证该药材及相关制剂的用药安全和质量可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Determination of lobetyolin in Radix C. tubulosae as genuine medicinal herb in Guizhou was carried on to control the quality and cultivation. METHOD Elite Hypersil-DS2 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (18:82) as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 268 nm, the velocity of flow was 1.0mL·min -1 , and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULT There were a large difference among different regions and different processing methods.The content of lobetyolin was between 0.072% - 0.75% and the highest sample was collected in Gouchang(Guiyang). CONCLUSION The method appeared to be simple, quick and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Radix C. tubulosae as genuine medicinal herb in Guizhou and provided the basis of promotion research in Guizhou standard of Chinese herbal and ethnic medicine.更多还原
