ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的生物合成研究进展

【摘要】 以EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid,20:5△5,8,11,14,17,二十碳五烯酸)和DHA(docosahexaenoicacid,22:6△4,7,10,13,16,19,二十二碳六烯酸)为代表的ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 polyunsaturated fattyacids,ω-3 PUFAs也作Ω-3 PUFAs)对人类健康有益,因而越来越受到人们的关注。然而,由于ω-3PUFAs主要提取自深海鱼油,资源相对匮乏且环境污染导致鱼中含有重金属和二嗯英等毒性物质对人类存在健康隐患,因此,迫切需要寻找新的可持续资源生产ω-3 PUFAs。本文着重阐述了ω-3 PUFAs的生物合成以寻找新资源的研究进展。
【Abstract】 00-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFAs) are being taken seriously for its important role in human health,especially the EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid,20:5△5,8,11,14,17) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid,22:6△4,7,10,13,16,19).However,fish oil as the main resource of theω-3 PUFAs is relatively scarcity,meanwhile,the fish was polluted by the contaminants and which exits healthy risks. So,there is an urgent need to find some new sustainable resources.In this review we mainly elaborated the biosynthesis of theω-3 PUFAs to find the new resources.
