雷帕霉素衍生物AP23573的半合成及体外抗骨肉瘤活性的研究

【摘要】 以雷帕霉素为起始原料,化学半合成AP23573,HPLC纯度>99.5%。波谱分析确正了其化学结构,体外试验表明合成的AP23573具有抗骨肉瘤的活性。
【Abstract】 AP23573,a phosphorous-containing of rapamycin,was semi-synthetized and purified(HPLC purity>99.5%).Its structure was identified by spectra analyses.It showed the AP23573 inhibited the proliferation of osteosarcoma cell MG-63 and UMR-106 in vitro.
