【摘要】 目的:探索常见中西药物的配伍禁忌规则。方法 :以国家药典收载的中西药物为常用药物,以国家颁发的《临床用药须知》、《抗菌、麻醉和精神药物临床应用指导原则》和《中西药注射剂配伍禁忌表》为合理用药指导标准,依据中西药物的理化性质、药理作用与毒副反应特点为产生配伍禁忌的机理,对不同类型药物的配伍禁忌规则进行了较为系统地研究。结果 :探讨出一套简洁规范、便于记忆的常见中西药物配伍禁忌规则。结论 :经应用于指导基层临床合理用药,收到了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the common Chinese and western medicine the compatibility of the taboo rules.METHODS:To state pharmacopoeia of Chinese and western medicine for commonly used posted drug,with the national issue《clinical medication notice》,《the antibacterial,anesthesia and spirit drugs for clinical use guiding principle》and《traditional taboos injection compatibility》list of guidelines for the rational use of drugs,according to the physical and chemical properties of Chinese and western medicine,pharmacological effects and adverse reaction to produce features compatibility mechanism of taboo for different type of drug compatibility taboo rules and systematically study.RESULTS: Explores a set of concise,easy to regulate the compatibility of Chinese and western medicine memory common taboo rules.CONCLUSION: The clinical rational use of drugs should be used to guide the grass-roots level,has received the good effect.更多还原
