【摘要】 目的通过对1例严重骨外伤继发重症感染患者的药学服务,体现了临床药师在参与制定治疗方案中,充分突出药师的专业特点,很好地配合临床医师在共同救治患者中的作用。方法临床药师通过参与1例严重骨外伤继发重症感染病例的救治工作,对抗菌药物品种的选择及经济性、药品不良反应监测等方面提出具体意见,为病人制定个体化给药方案。结果该严重骨外伤继发重症感染患者的病情得到及时控制并痊愈。结论临床药师参与临床治疗,提高了临床用药水平,是医师的好助手,患者的好朋友。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of clinical pharcists in clinical practice through an experience of pharmaceutical care for a patient with severe bone trauma complicated with secondary infection.METHODS Through participating in the course of treatment of a patient with severe bone trauma combined with secondary infection,the clinical pharmacist suggested that the doctor should select appropriate antibiotic for the patient,the regimen should be promptly adjusted according to the drug efficacy,patients conditions and pharmacoeconomic evaluation,and the patient should be provided with individualized pharmaceutical care.RESULTS the patient’s clinical outcomes were improved through pharmaceutical care provided by the clinical pharmacist.CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacist’s participation is helpful for the doctor to make safe and effective medication.The clinical pharmacist is a good assistant of the doctor and a good friend of the patient.更多还原
