【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Research the complexing capacity of chitooligosaccharides (COS) and carboxylmethyl chitooligosaccharides(CMCOS) with zinc ion.MOTHODS Discusses the pH value,time,temperature and Zn (II) concentration on the complex adsorption effect,and characterized by IR and element analysis and determination.RESULTS CMCOS has higher adsorptive capacity than COS to Zn (Ⅱ).CONCLUSIONS CMCOS is suitable for supplement agent of zinc.更多还原
