毛细管电泳非接触电导法测定4种中枢神经系统用药

【摘要】 运用毛细管电泳非接触式电导检测方法对4种中枢神经系统用药——盐酸阿扑吗啡、氢溴酸加兰他敏、富马酸喹硫平、氯氮平的分离进行了研究。考察了电泳介质的种类、浓度、分离电压、进样时间对分离效果的影响,在10mmol/L三羟基氨基甲烷(Tris)-8mmol/L柠檬酸(Cit)-20%甲醇的运行缓冲中,激发电压为60V,激发频率为600kHz,4种药物在15min内达到了分离。四种药物的线性范围分别为0.97mg/L~15.6mg/L;0.97mg/L~15.6mg/L;0.48mg/L~15.6mg/L和0.97mg/L~250mg/L,检测限为0.32mg/L,0.32mg/L,0.16mg/L和0.32mg/L.

【Abstract】 A new method has been built for simultaneous determination of Apomorphine hydrochloride,Galanthamine hydrobromide,Quetiapine fumarate and Clozapine in tablet by capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection .The effects of some important factors such as the concentration of running buffer ,separation voltage ,injection time and additives were investigated.with optimized buffer of 10mmol/L Tris-8mmol/L Cit- 20%methanol the samples were well separated and detected at the excitation voltage of 60 V and frequency of 600kHz.The linear range of Apomorphine ,Galanthamine ,Quetiapine and Clozapine were from0.97mg/L~15.6mg/L;0.97mg/L~15.6mg/L;0.48mg/L~15.6mg/L and 0.97mg/L~250mg/L.The detection limit were 0.32mg/L,0.32mg/L,0.16 mg/L and 0.32mg/L
