【摘要】 目的介绍正在进行Ⅲ期临床研究的靶向表皮生长因子受体的不可逆抑制剂。方法通过对国内外文献的分析、整理和归纳,介绍了Dacomitinib、Afatinib和Neratinib的研究现状。结果与结论不可逆抑制剂相对于可逆抑制剂,能够有效地减少耐药性的产生,具有更好的选择性和抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Progress of irreversible inhibitors on Epidermal growth factor receptor family were introduced in this paper.METHODS Analyzing results from literature;we reviewed the progress of three irreversible inhibitors,dacomitinib,afatinib and neratinib,which were in phase III trials.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Compared with reversible inhibitors,irreversible inhibitors not only had a better selectivity and antitumor effect,but also can effectively reduce drug resistance.更多还原
