【摘要】 目的:评价我院对清洁手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物干预的效果。方法 :将我院2010年7月—2012年6月普外科400例清洁手术患者分为非干预组和干预组,根据抗菌药物合理应用评价标准,对其应用情况、合理性评价结果及费用等进行对比、分析。结果 :通过干预,围手术期抗菌药物合理应用率为94.5%,显著高于非干预组的28.5%(P<0.01);药物使用率为16%,显著低于非干预组的93%(P<0.01);平均抗菌药物费用为28.52元,显著低于非干预组的424.56元(P<0.01);平均住院天数为6.44d,明显低于非干预组的7.79d(P<0.05)。结论 :我院对抗菌药物使用的一系列干预措施收效显著,对促进医院安全、有效、经济使用抗菌药物起到了积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:to evaluate the effct of intervention in applycation of antibiotics inclean incision iperation in our hospital.METHODS:400 patients in clean incision operation fromJul.2010 to Jun.2012 were divided into two groups:non-intervention group and intervention group.The applycation of antibiotics,reasonable evaluation results and cost were analyzedcomparatively according to evaluation standards for rational use of antibiotics.RESULTS:Afterthe intervention,the rate of rational use of antibiotics increased to 94.5%,which was significantlyhigher than 28.5% of non-intervention group(P<0.01);the rate of utilization of antibiotics was16%,which is significantly lower than 93% of non-intervention group(P<0.01);the averagehospital cost was 28.52 yuan which was significantly lower than 424.56 yuan of non-interventiongroup(P<0.01);the average hospital stay(6.44d) was significantly lower than 7.79d ofnon-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention is very effective,which play apositive role in contribution to a safe,effective and economical application of antibiotics.更多还原
