【摘要】 目的研究新疆紫草提取物对人早幼白血病HL-60细胞端粒酶活性的影响。方法不同浓度的新疆紫草提取物作用HL-60细胞后,MTT法测细胞的生长和增殖情况,TRAP-PCR-ELISA法研究细胞端粒酶活性的变化。结果新疆紫草提取物能明显地抑制HL-60细胞的生长,且呈时间、浓度依赖性。不同浓度的新疆紫草提取物能下调HL-60细胞的端粒酶活性,且同样呈时间、浓度依赖性。结论新疆紫草提取物可抑制HL-60细胞的端粒酶活性,可能是其诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的重要机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect on telemerase of HL-60 cells treated by Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston.Methods HL-60 cells were treated by Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston with different concentrations.Then the inhibiting effect and the change of telomerase activity inHL-60 cells were detected by MTT assay and TRAP-PCR-ELISA.Results The proliferation of HL-60 cells treated with Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston was significantly inhibited,that were density and time dependent.Telomerase activity of HL-60 cells treated with Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston in different concentrations was significantly inhibited,and the effect were also density and time dependent.Conclusion Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston can inhibit the telomerase activity of HL-60 cells.It may be one of important regulatory mechanisms in the apoptosis of HL-60 cell.更多还原
