【摘要】 目的了解我院门诊儿童患者的用药情况,研究影响儿童处方合格率的因素,切实提高儿童处方的质量,保证用药安全。方法分别随机抽取2011年第三、四季度的儿童(≦14岁)处方各1000张,按照卫医管发[2010]28号.卫生部关于印发《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的通知要求进行处方点评,就处方的书写、用药的合理性进行统计分析,并进一步分析儿童不合格处方的年龄分布。结果我院2011年第三、四季度抽查的2000张儿童处方中,不合格处方共有537张,不合格率为26.85%。其中1岁以下儿童处方不合格率为30.22%,1-6岁儿童处方不合格率为30.37%,7岁以上儿童处方不合格率为17.93%。小于7岁的儿童处方不合格率要明显高于7岁以上的儿童处方,且存在统计学意义。结论我院存在处方书写不规范和用药不合理的现象,且与年龄存在相关性。医院应定期进行处方点评,以提高门诊处方质量,促进合理用药,确保安全合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understand the medicine circumstance of using of my hospital out-patient service child’s sufferer,research the influences factor of child’s prescription qualified rate,improve child’s prescription’s quality,promise medicine’safety.Methods Take out 2000 prescription from the child’s prescription (≦is 14 years old) of the third,the fourth quarter in 2011.asks for《prescription point in the hospital reviews management norm(try a line) 》to analy,the writing of prescription,carry on statistics analysis with the rationality of medicine,and analyze the age of child unqualified prescription to distribute further.Result There are 2000 prescription in My hospital in 2011 the third,the four quarter ,the unqualified prescription totally has 537,unqualified lead to 26.85%.Below 1 year olds child’s prescription is unqualified to lead to 30.22%,1-6-year-old child’s prescription is unqualified to lead to 30.37%,and child’s prescription over 7 years of age is unqualified to lead to 17.93%.The unqualified rate of 7-year-old child’s prescription will be more obviously high than the over 7 years old,had statistical significance.Conclusion The phenomenon Ihospital are existence in my hospital about the wrong prescription writing and unreasonable use medicine.The hospital should periodically carry on a prescription point to review to raise out-patient service prescription quality and help the reasonable to use medicine,ensure safety reasonable to use medicine.更多还原
