【摘要】 目的 :调查和分析某院Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防性抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :通过某院住院医生工作站,抽取某院2011年4月1日至5月31日9种无感染迹象Ⅰ类切口手术出院病例,对围手术期抗菌药物的使用种类、使用排序、联合用药、预防用药时间等情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :349例Ⅰ类清洁手术患者中有299例预防性使用抗菌药物,使用率85.67%;药物使用排序前三位为:头孢西丁钠、头孢替安和头孢他啶;联合用药85例(24.35%);用药时间超过48 h者182例,占60.9%。结论 :某院Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防性抗菌药物应用的不合理现象较为普遍,该院应加大监管力度,预防和纠正不合理应用现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigation and analysis of the usage of prophylactic antibacterial in class I sterile operations.Methods:Medical records of 349 patients with 9 kinds of class I sterile operation from April to May,2011 were collected and analyzed retrospectively on the antibacterial categories,sequencing, drug combination,and prophylactic time.Results:Among all the 349 cases,299 cases used antibiotics,the use ratio was 85.67%.The top 3 antimicrobial agents on the sequencing list were cefoxitin sodium, cefotiam and ceftazidime.A total of 85 patients(24.35%) were treated with 2 kinds of antibiotics or more. The prophylactic time of 182 cases(60.9%) was more than 48 hours.Conclusion:Lots of problems could be found in this investigation,so the normalization of training and management should be enforced.更多还原
