【摘要】 目的 :了解北京地区口服抗糖尿病药使用情况,并对口服抗糖尿病药进行分析,为临床安全、有效的应用口服抗糖尿病药提供依据。方法 :采用《医院处方分析》课题中北京市22家医院2009-2011年3年门诊口服抗糖尿病药物的处方数据进行分析。结果与结论:通过统计分析,3年来,北京地区22家医院口服抗糖尿病药销售金额呈上升趋势,其中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制3年来一直居销售排行榜第1位,占口服降糖药总销售金额的42%左右,磺脲类位居第2位;阿卡波糖、二甲双胍的DDDs在3年中排名前2位。结论 :北京地区医院口服抗糖尿病药用量呈上升趋势,最常用的为阿卡波糖、二甲双胍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know the need of oral hypoglycemic by the patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) and the application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in Beijing.Methods:To make a comparison between prescription data of oral hypoglycemic used in outpatients of each year during 2009 to 2011 by the topic"Hospital prescription analysis "(Beijing area ).Results:By statistics,it is found that patients with DM in Beijing have gradually increased.Sales ofα- glycosidase inhibitors were the top in last 3 years, which cover 42%of all.Sulfonylureas takes the second place.In clinical usage,the quantity of Acarbose and Metformin were most calculated by DDDs in past 3 years.Conclusion:The use of oral hypoglycemic has increased with years.Acarbose and Metformin were the most widely used.更多还原
