白屈菜复方镇痛抗炎作用及镇痛机制的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究白屈菜复方的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用扭体法、热板法、福尔马林致痛模型法并通过测定小鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,分析白屈菜复方对小鼠的镇痛作用;利用小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀模型和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,探究白屈菜复方的抗炎作用;通过纳洛酮拮抗实验,阐明其镇痛机制。结果:白屈菜复方可抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数和扭体反应鼠数,降低福尔马林引起的早、晚期相疼痛积分,提高小鼠光热辐射致疼痛反应的痛阈值,降低小鼠疼痛模型血清中NO和MDA的含量及小鼠耳廓肿胀率。结论:白屈菜复方具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,其镇痛作用不受纳洛酮所拮抗,主要是外周性的。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study on the anti-inflammatory effects and analgesic mechanism of Chelidonium majus compound(CDCM).METHODS:Adopt writhing method,hot-plate method,formalin pain model and determine the content of MDA and nitric oxide in serum of mice,which is used to analyze the analgesic effect of Chelidonium majus compound on mice;adopt swell of mice’s auricle and mouse peritoneal capillary permeability experiment to explore the anti-inflammatory action of Chelidonium majus compound;use naloxone test to interpret the analgesic mechanisms of the compound.RESULTS:Chelidonium majus compound can reduce the acetic acid-induced writhing reaction times of mouse and the number of writhing mouse,reduce pain score of formalin-induced early and late phase,improve the pain threshold of the photothermal radiometry induced pain response,reduce the amount of NO and MDA in serum in pain model and the rate of ear swelling.CONCLUSION:Chelidonium majus compound has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.Its analgesic effects are mainly peripheral and not antagonized by Naloxone.
