超临界流体萃取中药木蝴蝶种子油工艺优化

【摘要】 目的:研究超临界CO2流体萃取(SFE-CO2)木蝴蝶种子油的最佳工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验考察了萃取压力、温度、萃取时间对萃取率的影响。结果:各因素级差大小显示萃取压力是影响木蝴蝶种子油萃取的最主要的因素,萃取温度次之,萃取时间影响最小。结论:优选出最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力35MPa、萃取温度45℃、萃取时间60min。在此条件下的油收率为13.65%。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the best experimental methods of supercritical CO 2 fluid(SFE-CO 2) for extract Oroxylum indicum(L.)vent oil.Methods:The influenceof extraction pressure,temperature,and extraction time on the extraction rate was discussed by orthogonal experiment.Results:By comparing the grading of these factors:Pressure is the most important factor,extraction temperature was less,and time was the least.Conclusion:The experiments indicate that the optimum extraction pressure,temperature,extraction time was 35MPa,45℃,60min,respectively.In the best conditions yield of SFE-CO 2 extracts is 13.65%.
