【Abstract】 Metagenomics is a newly developing subject which applies mole cularbiological techniques to analyze genomes of the total microbiota.Metageno mics is widely used in many fields such as medicine,agriculture,marine ecolo gical environment,Soil ecological environment and biotechnology etc.Resorting to its excellent quality and good efficacy,genuine medicinal materials have b een in good graces of many physicians.The formation of geoherbalism of medi cinal materials have been affected by many factors.Among which microenviro nment of soil plays a significant role in medicinal plant secondary metabolism.This article is emphasized on illustrating the conception,technique and strateg y of metagenomics and its potential application in genuine medicinal materials.更多还原
