不同制法的四逆汤中6-姜酚含量测定
Content determination of 6-gingerol in Sini decoction processed by three different extraction methods

【摘要】 目的:比较四逆汤传统汤剂、经方合剂及单味配方合并液中有效成分6-姜酚的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱,以乙腈-甲醇-水(40:5:55)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长280nm。结果:6-姜酚在传统汤剂中含量为0.728mg·g-1,经方合剂中的含量为0.650mg·g-1,单味配方合并液中含量为0.152mg·g-1。结论:6-姜酚在传统汤剂及药典收录的经方合剂中含量相近,显著高于单味配方合并液中的含量差异显著,可为四逆汤提取方法研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of 6-gingerol in Sini traditional decoction,the mixtures and the ingle-flavor mixtures.Methods:Separation was carried out on C 18 column.A isocratic elution was used and Solvent A was acetonitrile,B methanol,C water and the proportion of them was (40:5:55).The flow rate was 1.0 mLmin -1 at 25℃ and the detector was set at 280 nm.Results:The content of 6-gingerol was 0.728 mg·g -1 in the traditional decoction,0.650 mg·g -1 in the mixtures and 0.152 mg·g -1 in the ingle-flavor mixtures in a prescription.Conclusion:In traditional decoction and pharmacopoeial prescription included mixtures 6 – gingerol content difference is little,but in the ingle-flavor mixtures significantly,can provide the reference for Sini Decoction extraction technology.
