我院药品的库存管理

【摘要】 为了使医院药品管理符合现代医院管理和财务管理的需要,笔者通过对药品库存管理,寻找控制药品成本的途径,从而优化成本管理,减少不必要的消耗及浪费;能有效地提高医院经济效益和社会效益,为医院日后的进一步发展奠定良好的基础。
【Abstract】 To adapt management of hospital pharmaceutical development for the need of both modern hospital and financial management,it is necessary to find the way of medicine costs control under the medicine storage management.To optimize cost management,reduce unnecessary consume and waste,which should be used to improve economic and social efficiency of management in hospital pharmacy.It lay a good foundation for the further development.
