【摘要】 为探索常用中西药物合理联用的配伍禁忌规则,依据中西药物的理化性质、药理作用与毒副反应特点,结合我国广大基层医院临床用药实践,探讨出"中西药合理联用的4项基本准则,11项配伍禁忌总规则,17项中药配伍禁忌规则,18项西药配伍禁忌规则"。经应用于指导临床合理用药,收到了较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore Chinese and western drugs commonly used reasonable compatibility of combination of Chinese and western medicine,according to the rules of the taboo of physical and chemical properties,pharmacological effects and adverse reaction,in combination with the characteristics of the hospital clinical medication,this paper discusses the practice of traditional "reasonable combina -tion of four basic criterion,11 total compatibility,a taboo rules 17 Chinese crude drug compatibility taboo rules,18 compatibility taboo rules" western medicine.The applied to guide clinical rational drug use,has received the good effect.更多还原
