微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定药食同源品中种子类药材有害重金属元素

【摘要】 目的:中药的有害重金属含量问题一直是确保中药安全的首要问题之一,尤其药食同源品既作为中药又作为食品其应用越来越广泛,它的安全性更应得到重视。方法:本文收集了药食同源品种子类药材,经过微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定了其中Cd、As、Pb、Hg元素的含量。结果:对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r均>0.9993。各元素RSD均在0%~8.51%之间。结论:方法快速准确、灵敏度高。并且该方法可对其它的药用植物或保健产品提供一定的参考信息、为药材质量控制提供了一定科学依据。
【Abstract】 objective:The harmful elements can be pose health risks,it affects the safety of Chinese traditional medicine.Especially,the traditional Chinese medicine which can be for functional food have been used more and more widely,it is necessary to study the presence of unwanted harmful elements and their concentrations in them..methods:This paper collected traditional Chinese medicine which can be for functional food for determination of harmful element(Cd、As、Pb、 Hg) contents in them by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave-assisted acid digestion.results:For all of the analyzed elements,the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.9993,and the precision RSD was in the range of 0%~8.51%.conclusion:The analytical method was quick-acquired,accurate and highly for sensitive.And the study could evaluate and provide baseline information on the growing condition of the popular and commercially valuable plants.It has very important theoretical significance and practical value.
