大孔吸附树脂纯化贯叶连翘提取物的研究

【摘要】 目的优选纯化贯叶连翘提取物的大孔吸附树脂。方法以金丝桃素为指标,考察AB-8、S-8、CAD-45、D101、DA-201、DB-301、HPD-600、LSA-10、LSA-20、SP-825、XDA-6共12种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对贯叶连翘提取物的纯化效果。结果所选出的LSA-10型大孔吸附树脂对金丝桃素的静态饱和吸附量可达1.9240mg·g-1,静态解析率达98.9%,动态比上样量为3.9083、比吸附量3.8540、比洗脱量2.8970。结论 LSA-10型大孔吸附树脂性能良好,可高效的纯化贯叶翘提取物。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To select the optimum macroporous resin for the purification of Hypericum extracts.METRODS Taking hypericin as the index,and the purification effect of 12 types of macroporous resins,such as AB-8、S-8、CAD-45、D101、DA-201、DB-301、HPD-600、 LSA-10、LSA-20、SP-825、XDA-6、860021,were used to investigating the extracts of Hypericum perforatum.Results The selected LSA-10 macroporous resin was determined as follow:the staturated absorption capacity was 1.9240 mg·g -1,the desorption ratio was 98.9%;the dynamic sample content ratio was 3.9083,the absorption ratio was 3.8540,the elution content ratio was 2.8970.CONCLUTION LSA-10 macroporous resin had an obvious better efficiency,which is more effective for separation and purification of Hypericum extracts.
