【摘要】 目的对不同生长时期的管花肉苁蓉进行取样,测定分析其多糖和甘露醇含量。方法紫外-可见分光光度法。结果 2a肉苁蓉的多糖和甘露醇含量高于同期1a肉苁蓉,两者均以10月达最高值,多糖和甘露醇含量分别为10.36%和7.12%。1a、2a肉苁蓉多糖和甘露醇含量的年内变化趋势一致,多糖含量变化10月>11月>12月>9月,甘露醇含量变化10月>11月>9月>12月。结论不同生长时期管花肉苁蓉的多糖和甘露醇含量差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa was sampled in different stages, and polysaccharide and mannitol content of C.tubulosa plant had been investigated and analyzed. Method:Extract polysaccharide by ultrasound and organic solvents and extract mannitol by distilled water through direct fire from C.tubulosa.Then they were determined by colorimetry with SP-2100 UVPC-V respectively at 490nm and 413nm.Results:The Polysaccharide and mannitol content of 2 annual C.tubulosa were higher than 1 annual C.tubulosa.va.the corresponding stages,and both reaching the maximum values on Oct.Polysaccharide and mannitol contents of 2 annual C.tubulosa were 10.36%and 7.12%respectively.They were consistent that the trend of the polysaccharide and mannitol content changes of 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa within one year.The variation of polysaccharide content of 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa was Oct > Nov > Dec > Set.The variation of mannitol content of 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa was Oct > Nov > Set > Dec.Conclusion:Both the Polysaccharide and mannitol content in different growing stages of C.tubulosa plant was significantly different.更多还原
