【摘要】 以梭梭和肉苁蓉为对象,研究了寄生/寄主复合体间的物质分配。结果显示:(1)肉苁蓉体内累积大量的可溶性碳水化合物,其中可溶性总糖、淀粉以及总可溶性碳水化合物总量分别达到了5.56g/株、2.73g/株、8.29g/株,分别占梭梭/肉苁蓉复合体的51.01%、60.13%、53.73%。(2)肉苁蓉对K、P、Zn、Cu的累积较多,总量分别达到了348.15mg/株、18.94mg/株、0.24mg/株、0.14mg/株,分别占复合体的18.46%、16.36%、7.27%、5.67%。本研究结果为梭梭/肉苁蓉复合体的物质分配和合理调节提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Take H.ammodendron and C.deserticola for the material to determined the matter distribution between the parasitic system.The results showed:(1) The C.deserticola would accumulate a large number of soluble carbohydrates,which soluble sugar,starch and total soluble carbohydrates could respectively reached to 5.56g / strains,2.73g / strains,8.29g / strains,accounted for 51.01%,60.13%,53.73%of the H.ammodendron / C.deserticola complex.(2) The C.deserticola would accumulate a large number of K,P,Zn,Cu,they could respectively reached to 348.15mg / strains,18.94mg / strains,0.24mg / strains,0.14mg / strains,accounted for 18.46%,16.36%,7.27 %,5.67%of the H.ammodendron / C.deserticola complex.The results of this study could provide a scientific basis for the matter distribution and reasonable regulation in H.ammodendron / C.deserticola complex.更多还原
