米诺地尔醇质体的制备及质量评价

【摘要】 目的对米诺地尔醇质体的处方及制备工艺进行研究,并评价其质量。方法采用乙醇注入法制备米诺地尔醇质体,采用正交设计优化醇质体的处方和制备工艺,通过考察醇质体形态、粒径及粒度分布、Zeta电位、包封率,对醇质体的质量进行评价。结果在透射电镜下观察米诺地尔醇质体的形态为多层囊状结构。平均粒径164.5nm,粒度分布较窄。Zeta电位-32mV,平均包封率为(62.42±1.13)%。结论采用乙醇注入法制备的米诺地醇质体工艺简单,包封率较高,重现性、稳定性良好。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the formulation and preparation technology of minoxidil ethosomes(LAMB),and evaluate its quality. METHODS The ethosomes were prepared by an ethanol injection method. The optimized formulation was obtained by orthogonal design on the basis of entrapment efficiency (EE). The quality of ethosomes was evaluated by determining the morphology, size distribution, Zeta potential and entrapment efficiency. RESULTS The ethosomes were observed with multilamellar vesicular structure by transmission electron microscope(TEM). The entrapment efficiency of MD ethosomes with mean particle size of 164.5 nm and Zeta potential of -32 mV was (62.42±1.13)%. CONCLUSION minoxidil ethosomes have a higher entrapment efficiency, better reproducibility and stability using the ethanol injection technique.·
