基于互联网的动态疫苗监管模式

【摘要】 目的:探讨我国疫苗监管改革的有效方法。方法:采取文献检索、比较研究、状况研究、发展性研究和个案分析的方法进行分析。结果与结论:建立疫苗电子监管系统,即建立各种即独立又相互联系实时更新的动态数据库,对疫苗生产、流通和接种的全过程的实时监控,使相关的信息公开、真实、透明,防止疫苗行业的不正当行为,保证公众的切身利益和接种安全。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the methods of vaccine supervision reform system and administration. METHODS:Methods of literature review, comparative study, the research of situation, developmental study and case study were adopted. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:A vaccine electronic monitoring system, namely establishing the independent but interrelated real-time dynamic updating of the databases, which would supervise vaccine production, distribution and vaccination, guarantee the vaccine information is open and transparent, eliminate false vaccine information transmission, protect the vital interests of the public and vaccination safety.
