【摘要】 目的:为国内医院引进口服药品单剂量自动摆药设备后人力资源的合理配备与培训提供思路和建议。方法:从我院使用单剂量口服药品自动摆药设备后的有关数据与经验,就药品质量管理、人员需求等方面进行分析和总结。结果:使用自动摆药机后,工作效率与工作质量明显提高,而高素质和多技能的员工是减员增效的重要前提。结论:新自动化调剂设备的应用要求对人员培训多元化,使其具备更多的技能和更高的素质以适应现代化的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To offer suggestions for management of human resource and skill training when using automated unit-dose dispensing machine in domestic hospitals. METHODS:Reviewing the statistic data of management and analyzing the new needs for personnel work capacity when using automated unit-dose dispensing machine in our hospital inpatient pharmacy. RESULTS:Personnel with good quality and multi-skill are the base to improve dispensing efficiency and drug management quality and reduce dispensing error.CONCLUSIONS:Multiple ways should be selected in training personnel with more skill and quality to meet the needs of modern development.更多还原
