pS2蛋白在乳腺中的表达研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨pS2蛋白在乳腺原位癌、癌旁、乳腺增生组织中的表达。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测60例乳腺疾病患者中pS2蛋白的表达。结果:40例乳腺原位癌患者中,阳性表达21例,占52.5%;癌旁组织中可见少数弱阳性细胞;20例乳腺增生患者中,可见散在的少数阳性细胞。结论:pS2蛋白的表达从正常到良性到癌细胞为增加趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of pS2 in breast carcinoma in situ, normal acini in areas adjacent to cancer and hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Applying SP immunohistochemical technique, expression of pS2 was studied in 60 patients with breast disease. Results There wer 52.5%(21/40) pS2 expression in patients with breast carcinoma in situ. There were weak immunostaining in normal acini in some areas adjacent to cancer. Only a few positivity cells were seen in one patient (1/20) with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Conclusion There is a progressive increase in pS2 from normal to benign to cancer cells.更多还原
