【摘要】 目的:分析我院儿科病区退药现状及原因,促进住院药房合理化管理。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院儿科病区2009年1月1日~2009年5月31日退回住院药房的药品金额、品种、原因等情况进行分类统计。结果:儿科病区退药品种主要是注射剂,占30.99%,其中以抗感染药物较多,占16.82%;主要退药原因是患者出院停药,其次是医师修改医嘱、变更药品药量。结论:建议医院加大合理用药的宣传和管理力度,对医师的职业道德、技术水平、工作态度等方面起到监督促进作用,同时建立健全规章制度和规范服务的条件以减少退药现象发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and causes of drug return in pediatrican Department in our hosptital and promote rational management. METHODS:The drug return data of pediatricician in ward pharmacy from January.1 to May.31 in 2009 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The injection is main variety of the drug return from pediatrician ward ,the drug return Rate was 30.99%; with antibiotics showing the highest percentage, is 16.82%; The drug return was mainly resulted from drug withdrawal , alterations of drugs or dosage etc. CONCLUSIONS:A suggesting of medicine safely is augmenting in propagatian and management. Great importance Should be attached to physicians professional ethics, technical level, attitude toward work etc; Furthermore, the effective way to reduce incidence of drug return is to establish and perfect laws And regulations, standardize the service condition and evade the avoidable drug return.更多还原
