【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To offer suggestions for training and improving professional quality of pharmacists. METHODS:Reviewing and analyzing the effects of drug stocktaking. RESULTS:The results of drug stocktaking were immediately affected by personnel’s work quality. Doing drug stocktaking well was a good way to improving the other work quality and pharmacists responsibility and to organizing effective team. CONCLUSIONS:The routine work is the efficacious way to train and improve pharmacists ’s professional quality.更多还原
