【摘要】 目的:让药剂科新员工尽快克服初入职场的种种障碍,培养职业素养,达到药学工作要求。方法:详细论述了药剂科新员工培训需求分析,特别关注了新员工在思想、心态、资源与能力等方面的需求,从而确定了有针对性的培训目标;拟定培训计划。结果:设计并实施了适合药剂科新员工的"三层四项"培训方案;提出了建立新员工指导老师制度,为新员工培训提供切实有效的后续保障和借鉴的经验。结论:通过对培训方案的设计与实施进行考核评估,验证了药剂科新员工培训的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To help the new employees in Department of Pharmacy to win through a variety of career barriers, cultivate their professional attainment and let them to adapt the pharmaceutical job requirements as soon as possible. METHODS:We discussed the training requirement of new employees especially in the following aspects:their thoughts, mentality, ability and training resource; decided the pertinent training target and designed a training plan. RESULTS:We designed and implemented the "3 levels and 4 items" training plan which was suitable to the new employee, put forward to establish adviser system for new employee, which would provide practical and effective support and experience for the following new employee training. CONCLUSION:Through the evaluation to the design and implementation of the training plan to the new employee, the training validity of new employee was proved.更多还原
