行军散挥发油HP-β-CD包合物制备工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的研究羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合行军散挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法以包合物收得率、挥发油包合率、包合物含油率为指标,采用正交实验法,以挥发油与HP-β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间为因素,每因素选择3水平,优选包合条件,同时采用薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法和显微镜成像法验证包合物。结果优选出最佳工艺为:挥发油与HP-β-CD比例为1:10,包合温度40℃,包合时间为2h。结论按优选工艺条件,挥发油与HP-β-CD形成稳定的包合物,且挥发油利用率较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the HP-β-cyclodexttin (HP-β-CD) inclusion process condition for volatile oil from Xing jun san. Methods The process conditions were screened by determining the inclusion rate of volatile oils,the yield of inclusion compound and oil containing rate. The optimum condition was investigated by the orthogonal test. The inclusion compound was identified by TLC , ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV)and microscope imaging method. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows :the proportion of volatile oils and HP-β-cyclodexttin was 1:10, the inclusion temperature was at 40 ℃ and the inclusion time was 2 hours. Conlusion The complex prepared under the optimized condition is stable and has a highest inclusion rate.
