659例抗微生物药物不良反应报告回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of 659 Cases of Adverse drug Reactions Caused by Anti-Microbacteria Drugs

【摘要】 目的了解抗微生物药物发生不良反应(ADR)的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分类统计,对我院2004年到2008年的抗微生物药物不良反应报告按患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、药物类别、用药情况及不良反应临床表现类型等进行了统计分析。结果 659例ADR报告中,以头孢菌素类(35.51%)发生例数最多,其次为喹诺酮类(25.34%)和青霉素类(19.73%);出现ADR的给药途径主要是静脉给药(88.01%);ADR涉及的系统器官主要为皮肤及附件(53.87%)。结论抗微生物药物不良反应的发生率与药物类型、给药途径、用药频率等密切相关,应提高医护人员对ADR的警惕性和不良反应监测水平,加强对抗微生物药物不良反应的监测工作,预防和及时报告ADR的发生,以保证用药安全性和合理性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the occurrence of adverse drug reaction (ADR) caused by anti-microbacteria drugs in order to improve the rational drug use level in the clinic. Methods:A total of 659 cases of ADR caused by anti-microbacteria drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically. Results:Of the 659 cases, leading the list were Cephalosporins (35.51%), followed by Quinolones (25.34%) and Penicillins (19.73%); intravenous infusion (88.01%) was the main route of administration; and the main types of ADR were lesions of skin and accessories (53.87%). Conclusion:The rate of ADR was closely associated with the type of drug, the route of administration, the frequency of administration, and so on. Therefore, for the sake of rational drug use of anti-microbacteria drugs in the clinic, health care provider should maintain high vigilance to ADR, improve the monitoring level of ADR, attach great importance to ADR monitoring of anti-microbacteria drugs, prevent the occurrence of ADR, and report ADR in time when it happened.
