【摘要】 目的通过实验检测Se-PC肿瘤抑制率及其对机体免疫系统的影响,以期得到既有较好的抗肿瘤活性,又能够最大限度减少对机体损害的新型活性物质。方法 KM小鼠随机分组,检验PC、Se-PC对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用。以CY为阳性对照组,考察PC、Se-PC各剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数变化,对小鼠免疫系统的影响。结果 PC 50mg/kg、75mg/kg、100mg/kg给药组,抑瘤率分别为25.0%、293%、41.2%;Se-PC50mg/kg、75mg/kg、100mg/kg给药组,抑瘤率分别为33.6%、37.9%、40.8%。且PC、Se-PC各剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数均有所增加。结论 PC、Se-PC对小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏均有一定的保护促进作用。与CY相比,虽然PC、Se-PC中低剂量组肿瘤抑制率偏低,但却有效地保护了机体免疫系统;高剂量组对肿瘤既有较为理想的抑制率,又不必付出严重伤害机体其他功能的代价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-tumor activity and the destruction of immunologic system of PC and Se-PC. In this work, the anti-tumor activity of PC and Se-PC was examined, a effective result was expected. Method KM mice were randomly assigned to confirm the efficiency of anti-tumor by PC and Se-PC. The thymus index and spleen index of every group was surveyed to examine the effect on immunologic system by PC and Se-PC. Result In the PC groups, the inhibitory rate of 50 mg/kg, 75 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg was 25.0%, 293%, 41.2% respectively. In the Se-PC groups, the inhibitory rate of 50 mg/kg, 75 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg was 33.6%, 37.9%,40.8% respectively. The thymus index and spleen index raised to a certain extent. Conclusion The protection for thymus and spleen was possessed by PC and Se-PC. Compared with CY, despite lower inhibitory rate in 50 mg/kg and 75 mg/kg of PC and Se-PC, the immunologic system was protected effectively. The results of 100 mg/kg groups showed ideal inhibitory rate and protection for immunologic system.更多还原
