【摘要】 近年来大量的实验证明,大多数抗生素都有其相应的抗生素后效应(post antibiotic effect,PAE)。结合PAE现象制定的用药方案具有重要意义,它既能提高抗菌药物的疗效,又能减少药物费用和毒副作用。本文探讨了各类抗生素后效应的产生机制,抗生素后效应的意义,以及延长PAE的方法,为抗生素合理用药提供重要的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 For decades, a great deal of evidence indicates that most of antibiotics exhibit post antibiotic effect(PAE). The establishment of administration regimen of medicine according to PAE phenomenon was of great significance by which the treatment level of antibacterial medicine might be raised and the poison side effect and the treatment cost of medicine might be reduced. The mechanisms of a variety of PAE, significance of PAE and the methods of elongating PAE to provide the relevant evidence for rational administration of antibiotics were reviewed.更多还原
