2005-2007年长江流域6城市抗真菌药物应用情况分析

【摘要】 目的分析评价长江流域6市2005~2007年抗真菌药物利用情况。方法:收集6城市157家入网医院2005-2007年抗真菌药物应用数据,进行金额及DDDs统计分析,对用药金额和用药频度进行排序。结果 2005~2007年6市抗真菌药物用药总金额有所增加,三唑类金额增幅最大,棘白菌素类增长率最高。金额前2位是氟康唑与伊曲康唑,DDDs前2位是伊曲康唑与特比萘芬;进口药及合资药占据70%以上市场,国产药比例逐年下降。结论 2005-07年长江流域6市抗真菌药物用药金额呈增长趋势,尤其是三唑类,显示临床趋于使用三唑类药物治疗系统真菌感染。

【Abstract】 AIM To analyze the application of antifungal agent in 6 cities by Yangzi River from 2005 to 2007. METHODS Application of antifungal agent in joint internet hospitals of 6 cities from 2005-2007 were analyzed according to the orders of cost and DDDs in databases of each city. RESULTS The total application of antifungal agent in 6 cities all increased, with 29.2 percent per year from 2005 to 2007. Chongqing increased 38.5% per year, as the city with the highest increasing rate. Triazole was the mostly increased antifungal agent. Echinocandina, a new type of antifungal agent, was the quickest increased agent. Fluconazol and itraconazole were the two antifungal agents with highest application sum; itraconazole and terbinafine were the two with highest DDDs. Imported and joint venture constituent over 70% markets and the trend of imported antifungal agent is still increasing. CONCLUSIONS The application of antifungal agent increased in all 6 cities by Yangzi River with triazole as the leader. Implying triazole was becoming the first choice for system fungal infection.
