CTAB法提取罗汉果总DNA在ISSR和SRAP中的扩增效果

【摘要】 本实验采用CTAB法提取了较高质量的罗汉果总DNA,并应用于ISSR和SRAP扩增分析,结果表明,用此法提取的DNA能完全满足ISSR和SRAP分析的要求和获得较理想的效果。
【Abstract】 High quality genome DNA was extracted from Siraitia grosvenorii by CTAB method and used for ISSR and SRAP amplification analysis. The results showed that the genomic DNA extracted by this method had brought the satisfactory results in the analyses of ISSR and SRAP.
