高效毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素固体分散体中野黄芩苷的含量

【摘要】 目的测定灯盏花素固体分散体中野黄芩苷含量。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法。电泳条件为:石英毛细管柱(60cm×75μm),运行缓冲液为40mmol/L的硼砂溶液(25℃,pH=9.0),分离电压20kV;进样时长同为5s;温度为25℃,检测波长为280nm。结果灯盏花素野黄芩苷在0.1-4mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率为99.35%,RSD=0.47%(n=9)。结论毛细管电泳法用于测定灯盏花素中野黄芩苷的含量是可行的。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop an High-performance Capillary Electrophoretic Method for the determination of the Scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersion. METHODS The assay quantitative analysis was performed in following conditions:Capillary column (60cm ×75μm), running buffer was borate solution (25℃,pH=9.0) in the rate of 40mmol/L, separation electrophoresis was 20kV, the time of sample injection was all 5s, the temperature was 25℃, and detection wavelength at 280nm. RESULTS Good linearity of Scutellarin was showed within the range of 0.1-4mg/mL. The average recovery was 99.35%, and RSD was 0.47%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of this p reparation.
