马钱子碱固体脂质纳米粒的制备研究

【摘要】 目的制备马钱子碱固体脂质纳米粒,并优化其处方组成。方法采用乳化蒸发-低温固化法制备马钱子碱固体脂质纳米粒,以包封率为指标,通过正交试验对处方进行优化。结果制备的纳米粒为类球形,包封率为58.06%,平均粒径为189nm,zeta电位为?28.91mV。结论本实验建立的方法简便、快捷、稳定,可用于制备马钱子碱固体脂质纳米粒。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare brucine solid lipid nanoparticles and optimize the formulation. Methods The brucine solid lipid nanoparticles were prepared by means of emulsification-solvent evaporation method. With the entrapment efficiency as reference, the best formulation was optimized by orthogonal design. Results Brucine solid lipid nanoparticles were spherical shape with mean diameter of 189 nm, entrapment efficiency(EE) of 58.06%, and the zeta potential of ?28.91 mV. Conclusions The method established in this paper is simple, accurate and stable,can be used to prepare brucine solid lipid nanoparticles successfully.
