地黄源库关系的变化及其与连作障碍的关系

【摘要】 研究连作地黄源库关系,探讨地黄的连作障碍机制。通过正茬剪叶模拟连作地黄光合源不足条件下,测定分析植株源与库的关系,应用同位素示踪技术分析连作地黄光合产物的分配及内源激素的变化。结果表明:剪叶处理对植株的影响不能达到连作障碍程度,其库容及其活性大于连作地黄;连作地黄出现光合产物滞留于地上部,库的活性影响了植株光合产物向库的运输,在生长前期植株内源激素发生了变化;因此可以断定连作地黄库容及其活性过低是限制地黄块根膨大的重要因素,库通过不同激素对源的反馈调节,抑制了地上源的光合能力及光合产物向库的分配,导致连作障碍。
【Abstract】 The purpose of present paper is studying on the effects of continuous cropping on source-sink relationship and exploring the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacle in of R. glutinosa. Using 14C–istope tracer and ELISA techniques, we investigated the distribution of photosynthates and the levels of endogenous hormones, and studied on source-sink relationship of R. glutinosa by leaf-clipped to imitate the shortage of photosynthates in successive cropping.The results showed that the effects of leaf-clipped treatment did not reach that of continuous cropping obstacle and its volume and activity were bigger than that of continuous cropping in plants. In continuous cropping plants photosynthates were retarded in shoot, suggesting that the activity of sink affected transportation of photosynthates. Levels of endogenous hormone were also changed during the early growth stage in continuous cropping plant. Our results indicated that small volume and low activity of sink is an important factor to restrain the development of R. glutinosa root in continuous cropping. The food-back regulation of the sink to source by endogenous hormones inhibits the capacity of photosynthesis in shoot and distribution of products, resulting in continuous cropping obstacle.
