【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To improve the level of hospital pharmacists in auditing prescriptions in order to ensure safety use of drugs in patients. METHODS:By specific cases studies, based on the actual problems encountered in work, summed up the general laws of learning and reference for pharmacists in hospital. RESULTS:By communication and learning, the pharmacists’ service quality and consciousness had been improved greatly. CONCLUSIONS:The hospital pharmacy is a practical subject, pharmacists in hospital should be good at summing up experiences to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients.更多还原
