【摘要】 目的探讨短尾蝮蛇毒纤溶酶原激活剂（GBV-PA）对犬急性脑梗塞的溶栓作用。方法应用介入技术建立犬急性脑梗塞模型,数字减影照影观察不同给药剂量的GBV-PA的溶栓效果,血液学指标观察其不良反应。结果 GBV-PA可治疗犬实验性急性脑梗塞,血管再通率存在明显的量效和时效关系,但剂量增加出血等并发症也增加,37.5ug.kg^-1是相对合理和安全的剂量。结论 GBV-PA对犬急性脑梗塞具有良好的溶栓作用,但具出血副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Plasminogen activator of Gloydius brevicaudus venom （GBV-PA） on cerebral embolism of dog.METHODS The model with cerebral embolism of dog was established with interventional technique.the effects of GBV-PA on cerebral embolism of dog were studied by digital subtraction radiography.The adverse reaction of of GBV-PA were studied by the index of hematology. RESULTS The results indicated that GBV-PA can cure the cerebral embolism of dog.the thrombolytic effect which are time-response and dose-response relationships.But the adverse reaction of bleeding is increased accompanience with dose.GBV-PA 37.5ug.kg^-1 is the Proper dose.CONCLUSION GBV-PA can cure the cerebral embolism of dog,but it has the adverse reaction of bleeding.更多还原
