【摘要】 目的研究分蘖葱头粗提物对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法选用Wistar大鼠,建立营养性肥胖模型,以肥胖大鼠的脂肪重量、全血液粘度等为指标,观察分蘖葱头粗提物对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。结果分蘖葱头粗提物能显著降低营养性肥胖大鼠的脂肪,并能降低其全血低切粘度及中切粘度。结论分蘖葱头粗提物对营养性肥胖大鼠具有一定的减肥作用,其机理有待深入的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-obesity effect of Allium cepa L.var.agrogatum Don.Extract in alimentary obesity rats.Methods:the alimentary obesity models were established by hyperalimentation in wistar tats,and then the models were divided into several groups weight of fat and blood viscosity of obese rats were chosen as the indexes to investigate the weight-reducing effect of Allium cepa L.var.agrogatum Don. extract.Results:The Weight of fat in rat could be reduced with the Allium cepa L.var.agrogatum Don.extract, could also decrease the blood viscosity of low shear and medium shear in the rat.Conclusion:Allium cepa L.var. agrogatum Don.extract has weight-losing effects on rats of obesity.更多还原
