【摘要】 目的探讨重组人Elafim在大鼠结肠炎中的抗炎作用。方法建立大鼠结肠炎模型,给予不同浓度的重组人Elafin及阳性对照药柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)对其进行治疗,检测血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的水平,测定结肠组织中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,并进行结肠疾病活动度指数评分及组织学损伤观察。结果建立结肠炎模型后大鼠肠组织损伤较重,血清IL-2水平明显升高,IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.001),结肠组织中MPO及MDA含量明显升高,SOD含量明显降低(P<0.001)。若建模后给予大鼠一定浓度的重组人Elafin或柳氮磺吡啶可对结肠炎起到一定的保护作用。结论重组人Elafin在鼠结肠炎中有一定的抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of recombinant human Elafin in the pathogenesis of colitis. Methods The rat model of colitis was made.The contents of serum IL-2 and IL-10 were determined after the injection of Elafin and SASP.The contents of colon MPO,MDA and SOD were also determined.Meanwhile,the colon histological changes were observed.Result The colon showed severe hepatocytic damage after colitis and the content of serum IL-2 was significantly rised,the content of serum IL-10 was significantly droped(P<0.001). The contents of colon MPO and MDA were significantly rised,the content of intestine SOD was significantly droped(P<0.001).The supply of Elafin and SASP may have a protective effect on colitis model of rat. Conclusions The result suggests that recombinant human Elafin has an anti-inflammatory effect on colitis model of rat.更多还原
