【摘要】 目的分析我院静脉药物配置中心化疗时抗肿瘤药物不合理使用的情况。方法调查我院2009年3月～2010年3月PIVAS药师记录的肿瘤化疗的不合理用药,对其进行统计分析。结果发现不合理用药294张,包括溶媒、给药剂量、电脑录入等方面问题。结论药师在PIVAS审方可以发挥自身价值,促进患者合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the unreasonable admixture of medicine in tumor chemothrapy in the PIVAS of our hospital.Methods:The unreasonable prescriptions recorded by pharmacist from March 2009 to March 2010 were statistically analyzed.Results:There were 294 pieces of improper medical advises were found,involving problems in solvent,the dosage,the computer input and so on.Conclusions:Pharmacists can play their role in PIVAS through prescription audit and promote rational drug use in patients.更多还原
