桦树皮提取物对H22、S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞膜Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活性的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究桦树皮提取物对H22和S180小鼠肿瘤细胞膜Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活性的影响。方法:建立小鼠体内荷H22、S180肿瘤模型,采用紫外分光光度法测定Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活性。结果:与模型组相比,桦树皮提取物高剂量组对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞膜上Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase的活性有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。桦树皮提取物的这一作用可能是其抗肿瘤的机制之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of birch bark extract on activity of Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase in tumor cell membrane of H22 and S180 mice. Methods The experimented animal model on Kunming mouse were established. The activity of Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry. Results It showed that birch bark extract in higher dosage decreased Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase activity (P<0.05). The effect of birch bark extract on activity of Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase may be mechanism of anti-tumor.
