【摘要】 目的:分析我院2004—2008年口服抗精神失常药物使用情况。方法:对5年中消耗的口服抗精神失常药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用的变化进行统计分析。结果:用药金额有一个曲线变化,年销耗西药总金额、抗精神失常药总金额2004年—2006年不断上升,2007年大幅下降,年西药药品下降了40.99%、抗精神失常药下降了50.30%,2008年升高,较2007年升高了18.45%、38.57,但所占比例基本稳定。利培酮始终排在用药金额的首位,国产利培酮销售金额和用药频度逐渐上升到首位。结论:说明用药比较合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the use of oral antipsychotics during 2004~2008 in Ankang Hospital.METHODS:To have a statistical analysis on the change of oral antipsychotics in five years including the total drug cost, DDDs (defined daily dose) and daily drug cost. RESULTS:The sum of drug cost had increased greatly during the first 3 years.The total drug cost of oral antipsychotics was increasing year by year during 2004~2006.The drug cost of them increased from 18.45% to 38.37% above in 2008. The oral antipsychotics of the most drug cost was risperidone.CONCLUSION:which also had the most frequent daily use.更多还原
