大鼠坐骨神经传导速度测定的方法学考察

【摘要】 目的考察在体单点刺激、单点记录方法对大鼠外周运动神经传导速度(MNCV)测定结果的影响。方法分别以在体单点刺激、单点记录方法的直接测定方法和在体两点刺激、单点记录的间接测定方法,以及分离神经直接进行测定所得到的大鼠运动神经兴奋传导时间,计算MNCV,比较所得到的MNCV之间的差异。结果在体直接和间接方法所测定的传导潜伏时间、传导速度值和MNCV值之间均具有显著性相关关系;采用直接在体测定方法测定所得到的MNCV值,与分离神经后直接测定所得到的的之间也具有等效性。结论采用在体直接测定方法与在体间接测定方法和分离神经后直接测定所得到的大鼠MNCV之间均具有一致性。在体直接测定方法与其它两种方法一样均能反映MNCV的变化情况。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of mensuration on the measuring result of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) in rat. METHODS Conduction times or compound motor action potential latencies in the same rat were determined by stimulating at the sciatic notch or ankle in situ or isolating nerve trunk and recording at the first interosseous muscle of the hind paw, respectively. RESULTS There were remarkable correlativity of the MNCV between the results determined by direct and indirect method in situ. There also was remarkable correlativity of MNCV between the methods measured in situ and that in isolated nerve trunk with direct method. CONCLUSION MNCV determined with direct method in situ was consistent with that measured with indirect method in situ, and There also was consistent between in situ and in isolating nerve trunk, All of them could reveal the changes of MNCV in rat.
