【摘要】 目的:探讨新形势下医院药学服务的评价指标与数学模型。方法:根据国家颁发的《医院管理评价指南》、《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》、《处方管理办法》、《中医医院管理评价指南》和《医疗机构制剂质量管理规范》等技术标准要求,应用模糊数学方法,对评价医院药学服务的各项指标进行了系统研究。结果:找到了施行20项服务承诺和44项量化考评指标的药学服务、考评方式。结论:经实际应用,显著提高了医院药学服务的质量和效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Inquiry into new situation to descend a hospital pharmacy evaluation index sign and mathematics model of the service.METHOD: Distribute according to the nation of 《the hospital ratings’ management adjudicate standard 》, 《the medical treatment organization medicine matter manage temporary provision 》, 《prescription management way 》, 《Chinese medicine hospital management evaluation guidebook 》and 《the product quality of the medical treatment organization management norm (GPP)》etc. technique standard request, apply a misty mathematics method, carried on system a research towards evaluate hospital pharmacy various index signs of the service.RESULTS: Found out to implement 20 pharmacy services, examination method that service commitment and 44 amount of items turn to examine index sign.CONCLUSION: Through physically applied, showed Zhao to raise a hospital pharmacy the quality and performance of the service.更多还原
