【摘要】 目的:为保证医院药师队伍整体水平达到医院药学工作的基本要求,尽量避免医院与医院之间、药师与药师之间知识和技能水平差异过大,北京地区率先开展了医院药师规范化培训。方法:通过座谈研究、实践,再研究再实践的方法,不断摸索探讨培训内容、培训标准和考核标准,初步建立起北京地区医院药师规范化培训体系。结果:设计完成并实施了《北京地区医院药师规范化培训细则》、《北京地区医院药师规范化培训登记手册》、《北京地区医院药师规范化培训考核手册》和《北京地区医院药师规范化培训基地认证评审指标体系》以及培训基地认证和基地学员的培训、考核。结论:我们的研究为在全国推行医院药师规范化培训工作打下了基础,积累了经验。这一工作的推广必将使我国高素质高水平的医院药师队伍不断壮大,我国医院药学的发展必将跨上一新台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To ensure that the hospital pharmacist team to achieve the overall level of basic requirements to work as much as possible to avoid hospitals and between hospitals, pharmacists and pharmacists difference between the knowledge and skills is too large, the first carried out in Beijing standardized training for hospital pharmacists. Methods: Through research, practice, and then research to practice methods of trial and error to explore the training content, training standards and assessment criteria, initially set up in Beijing Hospital Pharmacists standardized training system.Results: The design is completed and implemented the "Beijing Rules of standardized training of district hospital pharmacists", "Beijing standardized training of district hospital pharmacists registration manual", "Beijing district hospital pharmacist assessment standardization training manual" and "standardized training for the Beijing area of Hospital Pharmacists Base certification assessment index system "as well as the training base for certification and training base for students, assessment. Conclusion: Our study for the implementation of the hospital pharmacists across the country laid the foundation for standardized training, and accumulated experience.
