【摘要】 目的建立单步萃取[1]-HPLC法同时测定人血清中卡马西平、苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥浓度。方法血清样品采用二氯甲烷单步萃取,采用UltimateXB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:水=70:30,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为240nm,柱温为25℃,2-氨基-2-氯-5-硝基二苯酮为内标物[2]。结果卡马西平、苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥的线性范围分别为1.33～33.25mg·L-1(r=0.9996)、1.96～49.0mg·L-1(r=0.9995)、2.88～72mg·L-1(r=0.9988),最低检测限分别为0.06mg·L-1、0.13mg·L-1、0.14mg·L-1,日内精密度和日间精密度良好,回收率较高。结论本法操作简便,结果准确可靠。可满足临床快速监测的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an single step method for the determination of the concentration of the Carbamazepine(CBZ) 、 Phenytoin(PHT) 、 Phenobarbital(PBB). METHODS The serum samples was extracted once with Dichloromethane. The residue was dissolved and analyzed with Ultimate XB-C 18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm),mobilephase:methanol:water=70:30,lowrate:1.0ml·min-1 .T he detective UV wavelength was 240nm , The column temperature was 25℃, 2-Amino-2-chloro-5-nitrobenzophenone was as internal standard. RESULTS the linear relation was in the range of 1.33～33.25mg·L-1 (r=0.9996)、1.96～ 49.0mg·L-1 (r=0.9995)and 2.88～72.0mg·L-1 (r=0.9988).The intra-day precision and inter-day precision were all good ,The average recovery were all very respective. CONCLUSION The method is rapid accurate and practical.It can be used as fast method by TDM.更多还原
